"This is my third Nancy Anderson Program. I have done the 30DSD, 10DD & now 21 Day TRE. They all have been great! I loved the 21 Day. This program CAN NOT be deemed "breastfeeding safe". There is not enough (or really any) research that shows that fasting in the windows that we use in this plan do not negatively (or positively) impact breastmilk. I have had breastfeeding Mom's demo these protocols and all of them were able to do a version of these fasting protocols without issues with quantity or quality of their breast milk. But I am true to my word that everything I do is research based and because of the limitations of science for this demographic on TRE fasting, whether you choose to do the program or not is completely YOUR decision. The 30 Day Slim Down IS breastfeeding friendly however and also produces extremely effective results for post natal Moms. Again breastfeeding suggestions will be included in this plan but whether you choose to do the plan while breastfeeding is completely your decision and your primary care providers.
