Our course is designed to deploy a variety of sleep training methods suited for moms of all temperaments with an emphasis and focus on CONSISTENCY.
How it works?
Step 1 - Choose the "BEST" method!
Every mother is different, which is why the "BEST" method is the one where you can achieve the most consistency! We teach cry it out, spaced soothing, and gradual withdrawal and you can learn more about each method and select the best one fo you! Work with a coach to choose from one of our three methods of sleep training based off a short assessment and interaction with a coach.
Step 2 - Download your schedule!
Choose a schedule based on your child's age and review with a coach before implementing. You'll also have a chance to review nutrition, good sleep habits, and other course materials as well.
Step 3 - Get support from coaches!
Whether it's answering your questions or reviewing your sleep log submissions we are with you every step of the way!
